Convert M3U8 to MP4

1. Download/save locally the M3U8 file you want to convert
2. Open VLC
3. Select File > Convert/Stream from the main menu
4. Click the Open Media button
5. Key/paste in the URL of the video file you want to convert, such as “https://whatever.com/filename.m3u8”
6. Select a profile – in this case MP4
7. Select a destination
8. Click the Save button
9. If the saved file has an M4V extension, you can convert it to MP4 with Quicktime Player or Adobe Premiere (for example)
